Our knowledgeable agents can help you from the first step to the very last step. The first step in purchasing a home would always be to contact a bank or a mortgage broker to get Pre-Qualified. It takes only a few minutes of your time on the phone to give the banker or broker the information needed to Pre-Qualify you and within hours, you usually know what you qualify for and how much you can purchase a home for. Then, the next step would be contacting the agent of your choice and letting them know where and what you are looking for, whether it's a three bedroom ranch or a 9 bedroom mansion, we can input your criteria for a home into our database so that as soon as a property comes onto the market with what you are looking for in a home, that home is automatically e-mailed directly to you. This cuts down on a lot of your time spent searching the Internet. Your agent then shows you that home and any others that you would like to see. And, just because you are working with a Metro agent, doesn't mean that you will only see Metro listings. We can show you any property that is on the market with any company! Once you find a home you want, we will get together to draw up purchase contracts and your agent will present the offer for you to the sellers and/or agent. If accepted, both parties sign the contracts and they go to the attorney's. If the contract is contingent on a home inspection, that is then done and when completed and approved, the attorney's will then begin proper procedure on the purchase of your home. Once it is in the attorney's hands, your agent will stay with you until the sale is finalized and make sure that everything is going as smoothly as possible.
